Investor Rosemont Realty opens a new North Texas regional office ...

A New Mexico-based real estate investor that?s made several Dallas building buys has opened a new regional office here.
Rosemont Realty Services new Texas operation has drafted two prominent Dallas property execs.
Kirby White ? a top leasing officer with Crescent Real Estate Holdings ? is the new

managing director of Rosemont Realty?s office which will be located in Las Colinas. White previously handled major downtown office projects including Fountain Place.
And Helen Rivero, also formerly with Crescent, will be regional principal of Rosemont?s office.
?Rosemont Realty is looking to acquire real estate across the United States, and has a particular focus on Texas,? Jeffrey V. Langdon, president of Rosemont Realty, said in a statement. ?The opening of this regional services office and the acquisition of such well regarded talent as Helen and Kirby to our team is designed to better meet the needs of?our customers in our growing portfolio of Class A office buildings in the region.?

White and Rivero will be among the initial staff of 11 people Rosemont will have in its new operation.

Rosemont Realty owns six office buildings in the Dallas area with ?1.4 million squarefeet ? including the 8080 North Central tower and The Summit at Las Colinas on Carpenter Freeway in Irving.

Founded in 1991,?Rosemont Realty?owns about?200 office buildings in 28 states across that are valued at more?than $1.5 billion.
