On the contrary, if the individual who may be well educated, has a personality not in accordance with, the relationship to the failure is doomed. The essence of a personality cannot be changed despite some opinions. Although you can have chosen with care as a partner, unforeseen circumstances eventually can change your relationship. You cut your ties amicably as possible and continue with what you know on the best structure of your company. Remember to take into account borders, clarification and communication. Choose a person such as mind and personality, your strengths compliments. Willing to invest, to train the time if the personality is a match.
